Top 32 All-Stars Jefe Schaum Tournament

Congratulations to Bill’s team, “I Got Lucky,” playing out of Good Times Billiards, on taking 1st Place for the season! 🎱🏆 We’ve wrapped up another great season, and we want to thank all of our players, captains, and supporters for making it another successful one. We appreciate everyone’s commitment and support of our league. We are now entering the final week of team play, which means it’s time to crown our All-Stars and wrap up the season!

⭐ Top 32 All-Stars “Jefe Schaum” Tournament Will be held September 10th at Good Times Billiards.

If we are able to complete the Top 32 tournament in one night, the Next 32 will follow the following week.

📅 Schedule

Practice: 6:00 PM
Team Payouts, Team Trophies & Top Shooters Payouts: 7:00 PM, per league bylaws
Member Recognition: We will also take a moment to recognize members who have passed.
Tournament: Begins immediately following the awards and recognition.

All captains and players are encouraged to attend the 7:00 PM payout and awards.

💰 Team Payouts

Please let us know your preferred payout method. Zelle is preferred, but cash is available.

Regardless of the payment method, each captain will receive an envelope showing their team’s final placement and payout amount.

🎱 Tournament Rules

Both the Top 32 and Next 32 tournaments will follow the bylaws established by the captains:

Race 2 on the A-Side / Race 1 on the B-Side
Flip for the break
Alternating breaks
A 60-second shot clock is advised, but not required, to help us complete the tournament in one night.
All players who have played 16 weeks are qualified and will be entered automatically.

💵 Team Payments

As required by our bylaws, all teams must be current on team payments in order for their players to participate in the season-ending tournaments. If your team has an outstanding balance, we can deduct the amount owed from your team’s winnings. If this applies to your team, please contact us immediately so we can get everything squared away before the tournaments.

📢 Upcoming Captains’ Meeting

Thursday, October 8th at 7:00 PM Location: TBD

The meeting agenda will be sent out shortly so teams have plenty of time to review any items that may require a vote. Thank you again to everyone for another great season! We appreciate all of our players, captains, and supporters who continue to make this league what it is.

Good luck to everyone in our final tournaments, and congratulations to our season champions, “I Got Lucky”! 🎱🏆
